Palmdale and Lancaster anchor the south, Victorville, Hesperia, and Apple Valley form a vibrant corridor along the I-15, and the northern reaches touch the eastern edges of Kern County. Together, these communities are home to more than half a million people who represent the full diversity and strength of California.
Our district is a crossroads geographically, economically, and culturally. Aerospace and defense industries coexist with small businesses and logistics hubs. Families who’ve lived here for generations live side by side with new residents who chose this region for its promise and opportunity. Our schools, workforce, and community organizations reflect a dynamic blend of cultures, making AD 34 a place where the California story continues to unfold.
Politically, AD 34 is a district that can’t be taken for granted. With Republicans, Democrats, and No Party Preference voters all making up significant portions of the electorate, campaigns here aren’t won by talking past each other. They’re won by showing up, listening, and delivering real results. This is a district that rewards authenticity and vision.
The challenges we face are real: tackling the cost of housing, improving transportation and infrastructure, supporting local industries, and ensuring families have access to quality education and healthcare.
